Jan, Pole Instructor

Jan has a passion for teaching pole dance with an empathetic, patient style and has a knack for putting newcomers at ease.

She first took up pole dancing when looking to keep fit but wanted something different. After deliberating for half an hour whether to walk in for her first ever lesson, she is glad she did as she has not looked back since!

Jan has taken training with some world class pole dancers and her enthusiasm for pole dancing is infectious.

Beks Ellis, Pole Instructor

Beks attended her first pole dancing class over 5 years ago to support a friend and enjoyed it so much she continued to attend classes.

After some time travelling overseas, she couldn't wait to return to the studio to attend classes again and then went on to train as an instructor. Beks motivates her students with a fun and lighthearted manner and loves seeing their progress.

Lyndsey Hall, Silks Instructor

Lyndsey has been attending pole lessons for over five years, but fell in love with aerial silks over two years ago when she attended a circus class. Her love for the apparatus was clear and she began training as an instructor.

Lyndsey is an enthusiastic instructor and her passion for aeriel silks is evident in her teaching. She is supportive and encourages students to achieve whilst championing their successes.

Sophie Heaviside, Pole Instructor

Sophie spent over 15 years attending ballet, tap and modern dance lessons as well as teaching younger pupils as she progressed. After university she decided to step out of her comfort zone so tried pole dancing. She loved attending classes so much that she jumped at the opportunity to train as an instructor.

Sophie is an avid believer that everyone can pole dance and brings plenty of energy to class! She is patient and encouraging so students leave class feeling excited about their achievments!
