Payment
Payment is required in order to secure your space on taster classes, workshops and other one-off classes. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is cleared.
A deposit is required to secure your space on any course and the balance must be cleared prior to the commencement of the course.
Admittance to classes is granted only after full and correct payment is received and cleared. A 10% discount is applied to 8 week courses when paid on time prior to the commencement of the course (this reduces the course fee to £90). Late payment may result in you being refused admittance to a class and you will not be eligible for the 10% prompt payment discount for a course.
For parties, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remainder due 7 days prior to the party date. Changes of date may be possible, subject to availability.
All payments are non-refundable.
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, cash or cheque. Cheques must be cleared by the payment due date and bank transfers must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the due date.
Demand for classes is high and payment prior to the start of a term is necessary to avoid the loss incurred by Pole Sensations if we turn away prospective students who would have taken up a place that is subsequently not paid for by another. Thank you for your consideration.
Missed Classes
We understand that occasionally, you may miss a class or 2 on your regular weekly course. If you're missing a class or workshop, please notify us in person at reception or by messaging Pole Sensations. If more than 3 weeks are missed in a scheduled term, you may need to join an alternative group at the appropriate level. Please speak to us to discuss options.
Missed classes will be forfeited.
We cannot offer a free class or private lesson in lieu of missed classes.
If you miss a Taster Class, please get in touch to discuss alternatives.
Cancellation of any private tuition requires 24 hours' notice. An alternative date can be organised within 1 month of the original booking if the lesson has been cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
To cancel a private lesson, you must notify us by messaging Pole Sensations, or if less than 24 hours in advance, please call the Pole Sensations phone number to ensure we receive notice.
